Session #1 (August 17): Embracing Our Unique Beauty

"You are altogether beautiful, my darling; there is no flaw in you." (Song of Songs 4:7)

Through this session, girls are encouraged to see themselves as God’s masterpiece. They’ll discover how to use social media authentically, create their personal online “brand,” and celebrate their individuality in God’s garden of souls.

Session #2 (September 21): Runways of Life, Manners, and Social Graces

"Do nothing out of selfishness or vainglory; rather, humbly regard others as more important than yourselves." (Philippians 2:3)

Girls will gain practical tools on body language, personal presentation, and developing confidence in social settings. From dining etiquette to cultivating kindness, they’ll learn how to walk with grace and poise.

Session #3 (October 5): Emphasizing Your Natural Beauty

"Your light must shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your heavenly Father." (Matthew 5:16)

Connecting external presentation with internal dignity, this session includes hair and makeup tips and a professional headshot photoshoot. The session reflects on Queen Esther’s story, showcasing how beauty can be used for good.

Session #4 (January 11): Dressing with Respect and Public Speaking

“She is clothed with strength and dignity; she laughs at the days to come.” (Proverbs 31:25)

By focusing on dressing with respect and improving public speaking skills, this session equips girls to present themselves confidently, whether at Mass or in leadership roles, empowering them to share their faith and convictions boldly.

Session #5 and Finale (February 22 & March 8): Fashion Show as a Celebration of Virtue

These sessions include the “True Beauty Fashion Show,” a joyful event demonstrating that young women can be trendy but tasteful, modern yet modest. The fashion show showcases outfits that honor God while celebrating individuality and grace.
